TN BJP leader KT Raghvan resigns

Following videos of Tamilnadu BJP leader KT Raghavan’s alleged sexual chat with a girl broke out in Internet today, he has announced resigning his party post. In a social media post, Raghavan said efforts are being made to tarnish his image and that of his party (BJP).

He took the decision after consulting State head of the party K Annamalai. He further said that he would face the issue legally.

Earlier this morning, a video surfaced in Youtube alleging at Raghavan has misbehaved with a girl. Video clips claimed that Raghavan has made indecent proposals to a woman.

It was also alleged that videos were released after informing Annamalai. The clip went viral.

A section claimed that Raghavan has no option but to face it legally. A few others alleged that it was an attempt to demean Raghavan and needs a thorough probe.
