Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot Shine in the Live-Action Remake
Disney’s live-action Snow White, starring Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, has finally hit theaters after much anticipation and controversy. Premiering in Los Angeles with largely positive reactions, the film now faces a mixed critical reception but a promising box office debut.

At the box office, Snow White grossed $3.5 million from Thursday previews, matching Wonka (2023) and surpassing Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion King ($3.3M). However, it lags behind major Disney live-action hits like Beauty and the Beast ($16.3M) and The Lion King ($23M). Projections estimate a $45M-$50M opening weekend in North America.
Directed by Marc Webb, the film reimagines the 1937 animated classic, following a princess and seven dwarfs on a mission to reclaim her kingdom from the Evil Queen. Snow White is now playing in theaters across the U.S.
