RGV speaks about his lesbian crime thriller

Director Ram Gopal Varma’s most controversial first lesbian film Dangerous: Khatra is ready to hit the theatres on 8 April. It is dubbed and would be released in Tamil on the same day as Kadhal Kadhalthan.
Very bold and intimate scenes have been shot in this crime thriller-drama film. In the film, the hot sirens of South films Apsara Rani and Naina Ganguly are in the lead roles.

Ram Gopal Varma along with his heroines was in Chennai as part of the promotions. Speaking to the media, RGV said, ‘After Art 377 was abrogated, we thought it was time to doa movie on lesbian love. The society sees it as stigma. But this is not all about why they became or so or speak about it. It is shown as part of the story and basically Kadhal Kadhal than is a crime thriller’.
