Sivakarthikeyan Gears Up to Become the 4th Tamil Star in Elite Club

Sivakarthikeyan Joins the ₹250 Crore Club with Amaran

Sivakarthikeyan has achieved a major milestone with his latest film Amaran, a biopic inspired by the life of Indian Army martyr Major Mukund Varadarajan. The film, which also stars Sai Pallavi, has grossed ₹244 crore by Sunday, marking the highest box office earnings in Sivakarthikeyan’s career.

Amaran is set to cross the ₹250 crore mark today, making Sivakarthikeyan the fourth Tamil actor to join the prestigious ₹250 crore club, alongside cinema icons Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and Vijay. This achievement is remarkable, as Sivakarthikeyan’s previous highest-grossing film, Don, earned ₹125 crore, marking a significant jump in his career.

Amaran Box Office 200 crore Collection

With the box office still performing strongly, Amaran is expected to gross over ₹275 crore, and may even aim for the ₹300 crore club, depending on the success of Suriya’s upcoming Kanguva. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, and Vivek Krishnan, Amaran has been widely praised for its emotional storytelling, strong performances, and the captivating music by G.V. Prakash Kumar.
