Kanguva Set for Record-Breaking Release: Will It Match the Hype?

Suriya’s highly anticipated film Kanguva, directed by Siruthai Siva, is set for a grand worldwide release on November 14th. With a production budget of around 350 crores, the team is pulling out all the stops to ensure an impressive opening. Kanguva will be available in 3D, IMAX, PXL, and EPIQ formats, adding to the cinematic experience.

At a recent event, co-producer G. Dhananjayan shared that Kanguva will debut on an impressive 10,000 screens globally, marking a first for a Kollywood film. This milestone puts Kanguva alongside major Indian releases like Jawan, RRR, and KGF 2, which also achieved the 10,000-screen mark.

Despite the extensive global release plans, pre-booking numbers in the overseas markets, particularly in North America, have yet to reach $100,000. However, with upcoming promotional content and trailers, fans on social media speculate that bookings will see a surge as excitement builds closer to the release date.
