When asked about his relationship status, Vijay humorously remarked, “I’m 35 years old; you think I will be single?” He also admitted to having dated a co-star in the past, but emphasized that he prefers building a solid friendship before diving into romance, saying, “I don’t go out on dates. I go out only after a long time of knowing someone and building a friendship.”

Vijay and Rashmika, who have starred together in Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, have been fueling speculation about their relationship due to their strong bond.
