Redmi forays into laptop category

Redmi, a sub brand of Mi India, has announced its foray into the laptop category with RedmiBook Series.

Powered by the latest 11th generation Intel Core processors, the portfolio includes two series of thin and light laptops- RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-Learning edition.

Commenting on the launch, Raghu Reddy, chief business officer, Mi India, said, ‘Since the beginning of 2020, we have focused on our phone-plus strategy and delved deeper into other consumer electronics categories. We have aimed to make the latest technology more accessible to customers.’
