Covid-19: India records 13,451 new cases and 585 deaths

With 13,451 fresh infections, India’s Coronavirus caseload rose to 3,42,15,653 today.

According to Union Health Ministry data updated this morning, the country’s Covid-19 death toll climbed to 4,55,653 with 585 fresh fatalities.

The active cases declined to 1,62,661, the lowest in 242 days. The number of people who have recuperated from the disease surged to 3,35,97,339.

The cumulative doses administered in the country so far under the nationwide Covid-19 vaccination drive has exceeded 103.53 crore.
