Encounter in Pulwama: Army jawan killed

An Army jawan was killed in an encounter with militants in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir today.

Kashmir zone police tweeted: “#Encounter has started at Hanjin Rajpora area of #Pulwama. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice”.

Joint security forces, including the personnel of the army, the Pulwama Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), cornered the terrorists in the Hanjin Rajpora area of Pulwama, according to officials.
