Rahul, Mohsin help LSG win

Captain K. L. Rahul’s seventh fifty-plus score in his last 10 matches at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and Mohsin Khan’s impressive four-wicket haul helped the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) do the double over Delhi Capitals (DC) with a six-run win in an Indian Premier League match on Sunday.

Mohsin Khan, Player of the Match, said, I am so happy today. My mom and dad would be seeing it on TV. I enjoyed Pant’s wicket the most. Because I set him up by bowling back of a length. Rahul bhai told me to bowl a really full ball he won’t be expecting and I did what he said and got the wicket. I just want to continue doing what I am doing – be it back of a length, slower balls etc.

I just want to execute what I practice in the nets. I don’t think too much.

Everyone back home, mom, dad, friends would have been happy seeing me perform today. Ever since I started playing cricket I didn’t think much about swing but coming to the IPL if it swings then great. But right from the start I look to bowl fast. I just want to try and do well with the opportunities I get and keep winning games for the team.
